How many people are lucky enough to say they married their high school sweetheart? We are! My husband & I met his junior year and my senior year back in 2000. Yep, that means we are 16 years in the making now!
My hubs was born in Ohio & myself in Pennsylvania. After we both decided we hated the cold weather enough, we landed in sunny, South Florida where we currently reside. We married and bought our first home in 2007.
Since then we have added two amazing doggies, Rocket & Jax to our family (our first fur baby, Nacho passed away on June, 17, 2014).
We have now been through 2 major surgeries (1 his, 1 hers), 2 failed IUI cycles, and 4 IVF cycles (1 fresh, 3 frozen), with 3 ending in devastating miscarriages. Finally, our 7th embryo came home with us in December 2016.
We started this blog in March of 2015, after our 3rd IVF loss. However, we began by retelling our entire infertilty journey, from the very start until the present day. This being said, as we retold, some of our older posts were written in the past tense.
We thank you for taking the time to read this and/or follow our story. We would love to hear from you, so please feel free to comment on posts or share posts with others as you see fit. Our desire is for others to know that they are not alone during such a difficult time!
Also, here is another great site that you can find over 3,000 blogs, including ours, all dealing with infertility, sorted into categories…Remember, you are NOT ALONE! http://www.stirrup-queens.com/a-whole-lot-of-blogging-brought-to-you-sorted-and-filed

Hello,
Thank you for your inspiring blog…My husband and I are currently going through some of the same things you have gone through. I was finally diagnosed with an adenomyoma and genetic blood clotting disorder. We had our first FET in June and unfortunately it ended in a chemical pregnancy. It was disheartening, but we are ready to start our next cycle next month. My question to you is what helped your adenomyoma? My RE doesn’t seem to know what to do with me except having surgery again to scrape some of it off. Did your Lupron shots really help the shrinkage and cure of yours?
Thanks again for your story…your baby is beautiful 🙂
Best Regards,
Angela
